 POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN Y ENVÍO

LUDOGOON, no reembolsará, abonará en su cuenta o sustituirá un producto impreso a menos que

- El producto haya sido mal impreso

- El producto esté dañado (excluyendo daños durante la entrega)

- El producto no coincida con la información de cumplimiento (por ejemplo, la imagen impresa es incorrecta o está colocada incorrectamente, el producto es del tamaño, color o tipo equivocado, etc.).

LUDOGOON, tiene la facultad exclusiva de conceder un reembolso (incluido el método de reembolso), acreditar su cuenta o reemplazar un producto impreso.

**Para solicitar un reembolso, crédito o sustitución, debe enviar una fotografía y una breve explicación del problema a LUDO por correo electrónico a contact@ludogoon.com en un plazo de 30 días a partir de la entrega.

ENVÍO

Si un pedido es devuelto a LUDOGOON HQ debido a una dirección de envío incorrecta durante el proceso de compra, y se seleccionó el envío gratuito, el comprador tendrá que pagar el envío a la dirección corregida.

 

RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

LUDOGOON, will not refund, credit your account or replace a printed product unless

- The product has been misprinted

- The product is damaged (excluding damage during delivery)

- The product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or incorrectly positioned, the product is the wrong size, color or type, etc.).

LUDOGOON, has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the method of refund), credit your account or replace a printed product.

**To request a refund, credit or replacement, you must send a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem to LUDO by email to contact@ludogoon.com within 30 days of delivery.

SHIPPING

If an order is returned to LUDOGOON HQ due to an incorrect shipping address during the checkout process, and free shipping was selected, the buyer will be charged for shipping to the corrected address.
